 Colleen loves helping people improve their lives. Her first career in education was a platform for formal and informal coaching. In both professional and personal settings, her coaching focuses on organizational and efficiency skills, project architecture, goal setting, leadership, and overall wellness and mindfulness. She values collaborative fun in her inclusive design for personal growth. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Baylor University and her doctorate from the University of New Orleans. Hurricane Katrina brought her back to her San Antonio hometown. She has a talent and love for public speaking. She also enjoys traveling, reading, writing, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends. Her relational approach and positive energy are keys to her success for more than 30 years. 

Darrell brings a lifelong passion for developing leaders and helping people to become their best selves. He served for almost 30 years as a coach, leader, speaker, and teacher in multiple locations around the country. Recently he has served as a store leader in a Texas-based retail company. Darrell brings years of insight and experience that can help you achieve whatever you desire. Darrell is a passionate writer and advocate for diversity in both the workplace and society.
